Events

The 19th EAAE Congress will take place in Šibenik, Croatia, from 31 August to 3 September 2027, organised by the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Zagreb.

EAAE Congress

Every two years, the EAAE organises a congress focused on a central theme within the broad field of agricultural economics. The event brings together around 1,000 academics, researchers, practitioners, stakeholders and policymakers from across the world to discuss the latest and most pressing issues in the agri-food domain.

Other EAAE Events

Seminars & Webinars

Member-led formats focused on specific topics that connect researchers across Europe. Seminars oer in-depth discussions, while webinars are 60–90-minute online sessions.

Reading Circles

A peer-to-peer mentoring initiative
from the Early Career Committee.
Small groups meet regularly to read, discuss, and learn around a topic of mutual interest, chosen by participants and co-guided by peers.

PhD Workshop (biennial)

Every two years, the EAAE PhD Workshop offers European doctoral students the opportunity to present their work-in-progress in a conference setting and receive feedback from peers and senior economists.
